The functional arrangement of the different elements are standardised on a modularconstruction, permitting the easy interchangeability of groups combining different lifting speeds, heights and duty factors, according to the requirements and working conditions of each application. The construction of  our electric wire rope hoist, is based on the rules and regulations of lifting devices according to the FEDERATION EUROPEENE  DE  LA MANUTENTION (FEM), ISO  and the standards IEC.

Many years of experience and constant updating of our mechanisms, has enabled us to introduce our new range of hoists and standard crane components, which are represented in this technical catalogue.

Overhead cranes span the work area as required in single or double girder design as a bridge. These cranes are used for overhead transport on a runway at the desired height for indoor and outdoor operations. Our design box profile girder section achieves spans of up to 50 meters with low dead weight.

Single Girder Travelling Overhead Crane (up to 20T)

Our crane construction standard using a single girder makes them ideal for achieving the maximum use of spaces in combination with the new range of wire rope hoists, in addition to making them lighter.

Double Girder Travelling Overhead Crane (up to 70T) 

Double-girder cranes are used for more demanding applications with higher loads, larger spans or higher classifications. The use of standardized traveling and hoisting gear enables cost-effective adaptation to the working space and mode of operation. Service-friendly and reliable constructions enable a high operational availability. This means that our double-girder cranes can also be configured as process cranes.

These cranes run suspended from rails, generally built into the roof of the building. It is a good option when there is no possibility of building a supporting structure for a top running crane. It can have cantilevers to access difficult areas, and even carry out transfers of hoists between cranes

This monorail crane design for light duty lifting with ergonomics cost effective to convey the material handling in single line direction with minimum service area. It can be supended on top of building ceiling or provide the free standing column structure of monorail beam for electric hoist running. The monorail crane have flexibility of traverse movement with single straight line direction and with curve turning line direction.

Gantry crane is an optional solution for indoor and outdoor travelling crane which is not related to the building or warehouse since gantry cranes, with legs on both sides, and running on floor level rails. It is the best solution for outdoor work, without needing to construct buildings.

Offer greater stability for handling bulky loads, with a total weight that is handled through the optimisation of the structure. The preferred solution for high capacity gantries

The semi-gantry cranes are supported by runways at different heights. The lower runway is on the ground, and the upper runway is on a runway beam attached to the structure of the building. The lower runway can be replaced by wheels of special material. They are a very practical solution when it is not necessary to cover the entire width of the building.
